Return and Exchange Policy:

• Please check the product in front of the delivery man and return it to him if it doesn’t meet your expectations. However, you have to pay the delivery charge and return charge.
• SAVIOR will only accept the return or exchange of items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer. If not, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange/return.

Exchange Policy:

• If you want to exchange an item, please email us at [email protected] or inbox us through messenger to initiate the process.
• We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for exchanging the item.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability, and we will inform you if the item you wish to exchange is out of stock.

Delivery Charge:

• You must pay the delivery and return charges for returning or exchanging a product.
• Return charge is the 50% of the actual delivery charge.

Limitations:

• You cannot exchange an order more than once.
• Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
