At Savior Lifestyle, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our policy below for returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

1. Delivery & Inspection

1. When your parcel arrives, you are welcome to open and check the product thoroughly in front of the delivery person before accepting it.
2. If you decide you don't like the product at the time of delivery, you can return it immediately. Please note, you will need to pay the delivery charge for the attempted delivery.

2. Returns

You may be eligible for a return if:

1. You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. In these cases, please notify us immediately upon receipt.
2. For products you did not like at the time of delivery (after inspection), you can return them by paying the delivery charge.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact our team via messenger (Facebook page) or phone to initiate your return.
2. Ensure the item is securely packaged for its return.
3. Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Problem from our end: If we send you the wrong product or if there is any mistake or problem directly caused by Savior Lifestyle, we will provide a free exchange or replacement at no additional charge to you.
2. Customer-initiated exchange (after receiving the parcel): If you need to exchange a product after you've already received it due to a problem not caused by us, you can do so based on product availability. If you wish to exchange a product after receiving the parcel, you must inform us within 48 hours via messenger (Facebook page) or phone. A small exchange fee will apply:
3. Inside Dhaka: 100 BDT
4. Outside Dhaka: 200 BDT

2. Provide details about the issue and the product you wish to exchange for (subject to availability).

১. ডেলিভারি ও প্রোডাক্ট চেক

1. যখন আপনার পার্সেলটা পৌঁছাবে, আপনি ডেলিভারি পার্সনের সামনে প্রোডাক্টটা রিসিভ করার আগে খুলে ভালোভাবে চেক করে দেখতে পারেন।
2. যদি ডেলিভারির সময় (চেক করার পর) আপনার প্রোডাক্টটা পছন্দ না হয়, আপনি ইনস্ট্যান্টলি এটা ফেরত দিতে পারেন। জাস্ট মনে রাখবেন, এই ক্ষেত্রে আপনাকে অ্যাটেম্পটেড ডেলিভারির জন্য ডেলিভারি চার্জটা পে করতে হবে।

২. ফেরত

আপনি নিচের কন্ডিশনগুলোতে ফেরত পাওয়ার জন্য এলিজিবল হতে পারেন:

1. আপনি ড্যামেজড, ডিফেক্টিভ, অথবা ভুল প্রোডাক্ট পেয়েছেন। এমন হলে, প্রোডাক্ট পাওয়ার সাথে সাথে আমাদের ইনফর্ম করুন।
2. যেসব প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারির সময় (চেক করার পর) আপনার পছন্দ হয়নি, সেগুলো আপনি ডেলিভারি চার্জ পে করে ফেরত দিতে পারেন।

ফেরত প্রসেস শুরু করার নিয়মাবলী:

1. ফেরত প্রসেস শুরু করতে আমাদের টিমের সাথে মেসেঞ্জার (ফেসবুক পেজ) অথবা ফোনে যোগাযোগ করুন।
2. ফেরত পাঠানোর জন্য প্রোডাক্টটা সিকিউরলি প্যাকেজ করা এনসিওর করুন।
3. একবার আমরা ফেরত আসা প্রোডাক্টটা রিসিভ এবং ভেরিফাই করার পর, আপনার রিফান্ড বা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট প্রসেস করা হবে। রিফান্ড আপনার অরজিনাল পেমেন্ট মেথডে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।

৩. বিনিময়

আমরা নিচের কন্ডিশনগুলো সাপেক্ষে বিনিময় অফার করি:

1. আমাদের এন্ড থেকে প্রবলেম: যদি আমরা আপনাকে ভুল প্রোডাক্ট পাঠাই বা আমাদের স্যভিওোর লাইফস্টাইলের এন্ড থেকে কোনো মিস্টেক বা প্রবলেম হয়, তাহলে আমরা আপনাকে কোনো এক্সট্রা চার্জ ছাড়াই ফ্রি এক্সচেঞ্জ বা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট দেব।
2. কাস্টমার ইনিশিয়েটেড এক্সচেঞ্জ (পার্সেল পাওয়ার পর): আপনি যদি পার্সেল পাওয়ার পর কোনো প্রবলেমের কারণে প্রোডাক্ট এক্সচেঞ্জ করতে চান যা আমাদের কারণে ঘটেনি, তাহলে প্রোডাক্ট অ্যাভেইলেবিলিটি সাপেক্ষে তা করতে পারবেন। যদি পার্সেল পাওয়ার পর প্রোডাক্ট এক্সচেঞ্জ করতে চান, তাহলে আপনাকে ৪৮ ঘন্টার মধ্যে মেসেঞ্জার (ফেসবুক পেজ) অথবা ফোনে আমাদের ইনফর্ম করতে হবে। একটি ছোট এক্সচেঞ্জ ফি অ্যাপ্লাই হবে:
3. ঢাকার ভেতরে: ১০০ টাকা
4. ঢাকার বাইরে: ২০০ টাকা

বিনিময় প্রসেস শুরু করার নিয়মাবলী:

1. আমাদের টিমের সাথে মেসেঞ্জার (ফেসবুক পেজ) অথবা ফোনে যোগাযোগ করুন।
2. ইস্যুর ডিটেইলস এবং আপনি যে প্রোডাক্টটার জন্য এক্সচেঞ্জ করতে চান তার বিবরণ দিন (অ্যাভেইলেবিলিটি সাপেক্ষে)।
